About Holdings Daily

Holdings Daily started as a private tool, not a product. It was built by Angel Munoz to solve a problem he lived with every day: keeping track of a portfolio that did not fit neatly into a single brokerage screen.

The person behind it

Angel has spent his entire professional career in venture capital, which he entered after graduating from NYU Stern. His interest in markets started long before that. He has been investing since he was 14, and that early curiosity grew into a lasting fascination with how capital moves, where opportunity forms, and how to think clearly about risk across very different kinds of assets.

Over time his own holdings spread across private companies, fixed income, public equities, and crypto. The information he needed was scattered across as many places as the assets themselves, and none of it arrived in a form that respected his time.

Why it exists

Holdings Daily was originally built for two readers: Angel and his father. The goal was simple and personal. One concise, well-written briefing each session that covered not only the positions they held, but also the companies they wanted to watch closely and understand better over time. Something to learn from, not just react to.

It worked well enough as a private tool that the obvious next step was to give the same clarity to everyone else. The principles that made it useful at the kitchen table are the same ones that govern it as a product: it is entirely subscriber-funded, with no ads, no sponsors, and no affiliate links, so the only interest the briefing serves is the reader’s.

One important note

Holdings Daily is an information and education product, not a financial adviser, and nothing in it is investment advice. Please read the Disclaimer for the full picture.
