This Privacy Policy explains how Holdings Daily LLC(“Holdings Daily,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Holdings Daily website, briefings, and related services (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• ·Account information: your email address, name, and authentication data used to create and secure your account.
• ·Portfolio inputs: the tickers, holdings, and assets you choose to enter so we can personalize your briefings. You decide what to enter; we do not connect to your brokerage accounts and do not collect account numbers or balances.
• ·Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and the last four digits) from Stripe.
• ·Usage and email engagement: analytics about how the Service is used and whether briefing emails are delivered, opened, or clicked, including basic device and log data.
• ·Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to measure performance.

How we use information

• ·To generate, personalize, and deliver your briefings.
• ·To create and manage your account, process payments, and provide support.
• ·To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service.
• ·To send service-related and transactional communications, and to comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

To generate your briefing, the relevant context (including the holdings you enter and associated market data) is processed by a third-party large language model provider acting as our service provider. This processing is solely to produce your briefing. We do not sell this information, and we do not authorize providers to use it to train their models for other purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. These include, for example, hosting and database infrastructure, our AI provider, our email delivery provider, our payment processor, and market-data providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

• ·You can access or update your information, and manage email preferences, in your account settings.
• ·You can unsubscribe from briefing emails at any time using the link in any briefing or in your settings.
• ·Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
