What moved in a real portfolio, and why. This is an actual Holdings Daily briefing as delivered, not a summary of one. Every claim links to the article it came from, and the email is blocked from sending if it does not: how we source.
A demo portfolio of widely-held names, briefed on the real schedule. Not a subscriber's holdings.

Holdings Breakdown
AMZN closed at $258.63, down 0.57% on the session. Peter Thiel's hedge fund, Thiel Macro, made Amazon its largest Q2 2026 purchase, committing roughly a quarter of the portfolio to the position. The rationale centers on AWS, which grew at a 37% clip in Q2 and now accounts for roughly 60% of Amazon's total operating profit, driven by a planned capital expenditure program targeting data center expansion. That spending commitment is the primary mechanism Thiel Macro cited for its AI infrastructure thesis on the company.
JPM closed at $351.58, up 0.01% on the session. The Trump administration tapped former JPMorgan executive Matt Zames to advise the Social Security Administration in an unpaid capacity, working alongside SSA Commissioner Frank Bisignano, also a former JPMorgan colleague, on a modernization effort at the agency.
MSFT closed at $483.24, up 0.43% on the session. The one-month surge reflects sustained enthusiasm around AI infrastructure spending, with Microsoft named among the hyperscalers whose continued AI infrastructure buildout underpins demand across the neocloud ecosystem. That positioning makes Microsoft's own capital commitments a key variable: any deceleration in AI infrastructure appetite would ripple directly to the vendor relationships cited in today's analysis.
Also moved: CRDO -0.34%, IONQ +8.02%, AAPL -0.63%, NVDA -0.96%.
Watchlist
MRVL closed at $237.04, down 5.57% on the session. Today's pullback followed a strong run built largely on Marvell's positioning in AI custom silicon and data-center networking partnerships. A Google-Marvell deal has drawn attention as a benchmark for XPU demand in the broader AI infrastructure buildout, while Marvell's own acquisitions have been cited as central to its custom silicon strategy.
Also moved: ARM -2.95%.
Bottom Line
Friday's postmarket session left the portfolio in negative territory overall, with AMZN slipping -0.57% on company news while IONQ surged +8.02% on its own developments, pulling in opposite directions across the equity sleeve heading into the weekend.
